The Edu-Met Student Accounting
System encompasses all of the functions that are needed to efficiently
maintain student and staff information. Powered by the
Oracle Database System, the "windows" look will
comfort even the most novice user. Utilizing mouse-driven
screens, 3-D buttons and on-line help, navigating Edu-Met's
Student Accounting package requires little effort. This
package allows for the input, maintenance, and reporting
of all student information including demographics, attendance,
both absent and tardy; grades, schedules, medical, and
behavioral. The staff portion tracks class-specific rosters,
schedules, and transcripts. As with all Edu-Met products,
there are no limits to data in the system. Various levels
of security can be established, from generic screen access
to specific field access, with all data modifications recorded
in a user-specific audit file.
