The Edu-Met Fixed Assets System contains
all of the functions needed to effectively track all assets
for a school board. Powered by the Oracle Database System,
the "windows" look will comfort even the most
novice user. Utilizing mouse-driven screens, 3-D buttons
and on-line help, navigating Edu-Met's Fixed Assets package
requires little effort. This package allows for the input,
maintenance, and reporting of three specific asset types;
equipment, vehicles, and facilities, as well as a 'general
list' for non-classifiable items. As with all Edu-Met products,
there are no limits to data in the system. Various levels
of security can be established, from generic screen access
to specific field access, with all data modifications recorded
in a user-specific audit file.
